Whether we are talking about the individual's Christian life or the life of the local church the same truth exists - we are called to be a people of both worship and mission. Come and join with us at our 2011 National Leader's Conference "Heaven Sent" as we examine what it is to be a people who seek to look upwards toward God and live outwards toward the world.
Once again our conference is designed for all age groups and will include programs for primary and secondary aged family members.

Extra Nights?:
VCA has set aside a guaranteed number of rooms for the Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights. If you want to stay extra nights immediately before and/or after the conference you should book early as we do not have extra nights blocked out. Grand Pacific will only hold rooms for extra nights when we request them. All bookings are through the VCA office.
Registration Fee:
$120 for the first adult in the family
$70 for all other school-age and above people in your family
$20 for each 3-5 y.o. child
$0 for 0-2y.o.
Part-Time Attendees and “Walk-ups”:
Part-time registration is $20 per session
Off-site Fee:
There is a $100 “Off-site fee” for full-time delegates who choose not to stay at the conference venue for use of the conference venue facilities. This amount covers any individual and their family members and does not cover conference registration fees. It is strongly recommended that delegates stay on-site to allow for variations in the program that may arise, and to ensure we fill our room allocation.
Meals
VCA will provide three meals. Accommodation is in apartments so you can prepare your own breakfasts. This will mean you will need to make your own arrangements for three other meals.
Airport Transfers:
There are no airport transfers arranged this year from Brisbane or Maroochydore airports. We will post a flight arrivals list so you can see who is arriving at a time close to you so that you can arrange shared taxi–rides.
Who Can Come?
“Heaven Sent” is a leader’s conference. It is aimed at people in our local Vineyard churches who are involved in leadership at any level, or who feel God may be calling them to some form of leadership in the local church. It is necessary to have your pastor’s approval to attend.
