Who Can Attend?:

-Anyone who is a worship leader or potential worship leader in a Vineyard church

 (There are a limited number of places per church so it is necessary to get your pastor's approval)

-Others with the approval of AVCA

 (Contact the AVCA office for further info)

Check In:
Check-in begins at 3 pm on Thursday May 15th, 2008. 
Check-out is at 3pm on Sunday May 18th, 2008

Travel Directions: 
By plane    If flying in to Tullamarine ensure you have arrived by 4:30pm. 

                  A bus will be departing for the campsite from Tullamarine at 5pm.

                  If flying in to Avalon ensure you have arrived by 4pm.

                  A bus will be departing for the campsite from Avalon at 4:30pm.

Payment:

Your payment can be made securely through our Vineyard Shop or by cheque to AVCA.

Sorry, there is no price for couples or any other discounted prices. 

The prices we charge you are already heavily subsidised.

Accommodation:

Accommodation is in ensuited bunk rooms and attendees will share a room with

two or three others.  The rooms are large, having six to ten beds in each, however

there will be a maximum of three attendees in the smaller rooms and four attendess

in the larger rooms.  If you know of others attending you can arrange to stay in the

same room as them.
